Well here it is. Sort of. It's an addition to my first tattoo, which is the slightly visible flower. It's difficult to show because I'm already uncomforatble showing this much of me but maybe once it's complete I'll post an entire photograph of everything together.
I'm very pleased with this tattoo. It's very meaningful to me, and the chinese symbol inside the flower also means hope, so it all fits together nicely. I'll be adding more up my ribs in the end of December, hopefully that'll be the last appointment.
Anywho, I hope you all enjoy what you can see of my newest piece of art!
I know, it's so exciting haha. And it's to the point now that my parents don't even care! lol. I really want to get my arms done next, but I want to wait until I'm married to do that.
Oh, it's so cool! Did you draft the design yourself?
I absolutely love it. The feathered purple is especially great, and I love how you're building up such a ice composition. It's proof that tattoos really are art (despite what some say).
This is sort of random, but I was just thinking of how horrible it would be to have something tattooed on your body only to realize it was spelled incorrectly. XD

Actually I didn't. I drafted the design for the flower but I left the words entirely to my artist, shows how much I trust him! haha. I'm very pleased with the way it's coming along. I will hopefully be finishing it in December. I love not knowing what it's going to turn out like!
Actually I was especially careful to double check the spelling on it before it went on for forever. I've seen tattoos that were spelled wrong and it's nearly impossible to fix. It would be devastating haha. Good thing my guy can tattoo AND spell!
